During play back, the function keys will show the Voice Parameter Display and Global Parameter Display (which show updated envelopes settings as they are played within the SID), and a Timing Screen.
Use the up/down cursor key to scroll through voices one through six while the Parameter or Global screen is displayed.
The Timing Screen is useful for spotting timing problems. Each voice is shown by an individual colored "bar" which correspondingly moves as notes are played. The current note duration, pitch and rests are displayed in boxes labeled VOC 1 through VOC 6. The length of the bar represents how many jiffies are left to play in each note's duration.
Pausing on the Timing Screen will display the number of jiffies left to play in the current note on each voice. Single stepping is best done on the Timing Screen.
